partially worth it I'd say. not worth it because they don't have enough scenes together that can fulfill their storyline in a satisfying way or how it's usually done (the two actually were absent from several episodes), which honestly left me disappinted, but maybe that's on me for expecting much.

worth it because they are witches, and their dynamics are like evil/good, but the evil part is sometimes driven by Penelope's love for Josie(good witch) and wanting to protect her. also worth it because Penelope is such a tease, I love her.
