I have never read any punishment!verse so I didn't know this was a thing, and the simple concept of some women being at the disciplinary whims of others, in a structured, societally normalized way, is setting my brain on fire.
Is the dress code for the women at the bottom of the hierarchy something like skirts that are to be pinned high and exposing in the back at all times, and no panties?
