Agreed fully re: Feferi! It'd be very functional, and I think they'd be good for each other. Maybe Feferi could give Vriska lots of - measured, playful - praise? Otoh, it doesn't feel like a very... romantic romance, to me? More just practical.

I think Vriska would actually really respect Roxy for getting her drinking under control when the battles started... but I shudder to think what Vriska would have done to vulnerable, drunk Roxy.
