i just watched the first couple episodes of this and it's pretty gay! it seems to be a vaguely utena-inspired theatrical anime about Definitely Not Takurazuka acting students fighting each other in dramatic symbolic stage fights to have a chance at stardom. the character designs aren't all that exciting, but the animation is very nice, the only non-girl character is a giraffe, after two episodes i already have like 4 ships, and there seems to be pretty minimal Anime Bullshit thus far (deliberately avoiding pantyshots, no "uwahhh your boobs are so big!!" moments between the girls, that kind of thing).
