Some good recs there....but also a lot of really familiar stuff. There are other FF book pairings besides AOGG and EONM!

Damn, it breaks my heart CW Nikita might be borderline. That show was great. Also LOL at whoever said Killjoys instead of Dark Matter, really.

I don't even like AOGG *ducks tomatoes* and I'm not particularly fannish about EONM. But I'm excited about some of the other possibilities-- I want to see what people request for Alpennia, and I've read The Privilege of the Sword. I've got a couple of other books checked out to read before nominations, too. People keep talking up Karen Memory to me, for one thing.

AYRT Oh definitely. I am inspired to maybe pick up a Penthe/Arha (Tenar) story I considered and dropped a while back.

:-)

If you haven't read Jane, Unlimited by Kristen Cashore, that's another of my possible Yuletide requests. There is a canon pre-femslash couple (I mean, they kiss, but mostly it's "expectation of a future relationship" in some of the possible futures).

AOGG and EONM

Are these canons? Ship acronyms?

Anne of Green Gables, Emily of New Moon

Sorry -- yeah, the Emily and Anne books. Typically Anne/Diana and Emily/Ilse. And I like both of those, especially Emily/Ilse, but I also like variety.
