I walked out the movie wanting Qi'ra/Enfys soooo badly. And all the friends I went with were like, "Qi'ra was okay. Who is Enfys again? The lady from Westworld?" and I decided I needed better friends >:( But really I'm sad everyone was so down on Solo and quick to call it a failure because it means my dream of seeing future tie-ins dealing with Qi'ra & the Crimson Dawn vs Enfys Nest & the Cloud Riders is getting less likely by the day.

Awww, that sucks that your friends didn’t appreciate it!

I had low expectations for Solo, but I ended up loving it! The heist plot was tons of fun, and Qi’ra was a fully realized character with her own goals instead of a prize for one (or both) of the main dudes. I love that she gets to make terrible decisions and has perfectly good reasons for doing so! I’m holding out hope that we at least get a comic or something, since we’re probably not going to get another movie. Or a book. I’ll read one of Claudia Gray’s het romances with a basic dude (literally the worst part of Princess of Alderaan) for more Qi’ra-- or more Enfys!

Who is tragically underrated. I mean, she took off her mask and I fell in love. THOSE FRECKLES.

But anyway YES I definitely want all the fic about Enfys/Qi’ra. Oooh, taking each other prisoner and holding each other for ransom? I feel like one of them would come up with that idea (probably Enfys, Crimson Dawn has more money to spend and Qi’ra is important enough they might pay for her).
