I can barely believe it, but the ~bi-weekly Buffy femslash flash exchange comm, femslash_minis, is STILL GOING in this year 2018. They are on round 199 and have been in business since 2005.

femslash100, for fics between 100 and 250 words, is also still going. Looks like they're moving to DW at the end of the year.

That said, it looks like femslash_minis is really struggling for signups these days, so if Jossverse (not just Buffy, I had forgotten) flashfic exchanges sound like they're up your alley, you should check it out. You do have to join the comm to see the entries.
