I'm a Transformers nonnie, and whoo, boy, do I love what Rule 63 does for that franchise. Tracks/Raoule from G1 is smoking hot to me (hell, the idea of Raoule in general is smoking hot to me!), and Lockdown/Prowl from TFA is startlingly hot when they're both women, but I particularly love this for TFP: Ultra Magnus/Wheeljack, Knock Out/Breakdown, Knock Out/Starscream, Shockwave/Soundwave, Knock Out/Ratchet.

Also also, I have always loved Rule 63 AUs for Keroro Gunso. Either genderswapping the whole cast, or just turning all the guys into girls, so that the Platoon is all women and so are Fuyuki and Mutsumi. Kururu/Mutsumi especially is my favorite thing in a Rule 63 verse, because I love both of their character types as girls so much.

Homestuck Intermission characters were also wonderful for Rule 63 femslash. Fucking. Dorky but bloodthirsty violent jackass gangsters of my heart when they're all women. It's been forever, but good lord, I still have the fondest feelings for f! Slick/Droog, Droog/Crowbar, Crowbar/Die, Trace/Fin, and Itchy/Clover...
