I found this very overwhelming Metafilter post while browsing the archives lately:

So much to put on my list...

I always get so excited about lesbian or f/f book lists and then disappointed when I realize that my library has none of the ones I'm interested in/haven't already read. :(

Interlibrary loan!

Small town? :( Does your library do interlibrary loans?

You might be able to use your library card to sign up for Hoopla (http://hoopladigital.com/) and/or OverDrive (https://www.overdrive.com/) and check out e-books.

Well, suburban, really, but the library itself is tiny. We do have a pretty robust loan program in place with surrounding libraries (though not the one for the nearby big city), including being able to check out a few other libraries' digital content on Overdrive, but none of the library systems I have access to seem to buy small-press lesbian novels, even in e-book format. I guess they're all suburban and rural libraries and there's probably not that much demand. Very robust selection of cozy mysteries, though.

It's a good word and has "bust" in it which makes it on-trend for a meme with a Best Breasts thread
