Oh wow that sentence was incoherent, what I meant was stuff like Leslie's friend-crush on Ann, or how Eleanor's thing for Tahani gets brushed aside even though they're doing a lot better about noting that she's actually attracted to her...

(I also always want to talk about the lines between intimacy and friendship and romance, especially among queer women or between queer and straight women, and I'm shuddering at the very idea of trying to talk about that on FFA. Maybe here will be better.)
