If you love femslash and time loop plots you absolutely have to read the manga Qualia: The Purple. Bit of a spoiler, since the timeloop shenanigans don't kick in until after the first arc, but they're what the rest of the story is about and they are intense and all based on one girl's obsessive desire to save another. The heroine is canonically bisexual, and her attraction to girls is dealt with a lot more frankly than you often see in femslashy animanga.

There's also Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica, of course, if you haven't seen that yet. The looping is even more of a late-game-reveal spoiler for that, but one I assume most people know about at this point, so...

Oh, also! It's less major than in my other two recs, but one of the side couples in Revue Starlight includes a girl who's done some looping.

+1 for Qualia the Purple. It gets quantum! I love how off-the-wall it is.
