Oh hey, Carmen/Rhonda nonny might have been me. It's in the tagset for Femslashex!

I've been shipping it since S1, when they were roommates and Carmen was awkward about living with a girl for the first time and told Rhonda she might stare because she's not used to girls.

And that was exactly where my mind went when Bash did what he did at the end of the season. I think Carmen probably has some idea he's gay, and Bash has been crashing with them since Florian left, and it's a horribly awkward situation all around... and Carmen's been quietly in love with Rhonda for a while now. Rhonda marrying random!fan wasn't going to take her away from Carmen, not for real, but Carmen probably knows Rhonda could fall for Bash, and that's going to be a train wreck.

:O I totally forgot that happened. S1 seems like a lifetime ago.

God, now I really want canon to be putting down what we're picking up. Carmen and Bash having such instant camaraderie because they're kindred spirits (in terms of intuited shared queerness, repressed or otherwise, AND very unrepressed love for wrestling!), makes their scenes throughout the series mean so much more to me. And yeah, Carmen even planned Rhonda's divorce with random!fan when she came up with that idea. But Bash is a threat, and an unexpected one at that; Carmen has been trying to help him with Florian, and thought he was like her (because he is)... Rhonda falling for Bash seems pretty likely and it is going to be such. a. mess. Run to stop their plane from taking off, Carmen, I believe in you!
