So Berkeley did a production of Heathers where JD was a lesbian. I definitely prefer the movie over the musical, but the concept is intriguing and I think about it from time to time.

I feel like I'm coming from the opposite perspective here, because I totally got the appeal of straight Heathers, but only because I project all the disaffected GNC lesbian energy I had in high school onto JD
