Cassandra would be really into fluffy ships and be big into shipping
Josephine wouldn't be a huge shipper but she'd have a couple ships that she's very attached to
Vivienne would be in the same boat as Josephine except she'd be more secretive about her ships
Sera would only be into ships for how much sexual content she can gleam from them, whether fluffy or angsty
Wynne would tend to ship ships that are both fluffy AND angsty
Leliana would take angsty ships and write them as fluffy (ironically she wouldn't like actual canonically fluffy ships)
Merrill would take fluffy ships and write them as angsty

i can definitely see eve writing intensely homoerotic fic for various fandoms that are technically meant to totally be gen and anytime anyone comments about the sexual tension she's baffled because why would them gazing into eachother's eyes and thinking about eachother's lips be anything but platonic? and it just does not get through her head that she's basically writing femslash while denying it's femslash

I feel like Utena wouldn't care much about shipping, she'd enjoy some canon ships but wouldn't be very invested in them. Anthy would write the crackiest ships and fics, occasionally taking some very dark and angsty turns.

I ship everyone in Pastel Palettes with everyone else so... Aya prefers happy fluffy ships. Eve is canonically a historical drama fangirl, so obviously her big weakness is angst featuring characters who love each other being kept apart by duty and poor timing. Chisato never used to care much either way because she was too aware of fiction being fiction to get emotionally caught up in it, but when she makes an effort she finds that her tastes actually line up quite well with Eve's, except that it's completely ruined for her whenever the resolution is the lovers throwing duty to the wind to be together. Maya likes both fluff and angst as long as they're done well - like Chisato, she's very conscious of how stories are constructed, but in her case, that just increases her enjoyment. Hina flat-out doesn't understand why people get so worked up about fictional characters' love lives, and bombards the other girls with indelicate questions about why their emotions work that way until she feels like she has a grasp on it.
